I'M THE KING OF THIS PITY PARTY,
WITH MY JEWEL-ENCRUSTED CROWN.
DJ Mikkel has moved to Port Angeles, much to the excitement of its human clubbers.
The wolves of the area, however, are talking. They've heard whispers, old gossiping here and there that were mostly passed off as urban legends: the strikingly charming DJ of the human world, not at all human himself, leading his adoring fans and partiers of his music to their untimely deaths. Of course, they are intoxicated youth, and if their bodies went missing there are plenty of excuses made, enough that when the smiling DJ leaves town for another club in another country, city, or state - no one thinks any differently. No one, of course, but the shapeshifters of the world who's noses burn at his mere scent - werewolves, who know exactly what he is.
They're not pleased. He's better off destroyed. But there's no way to rid of a high-profile DJ without there being consequences, and it's too messy. He stays. They can only fear which of their loved ones might be next, and some don't even believe he's the legendary vampire. It's always women, who he's been sired to destroy over a hundred years ago. Their blood will always be his.
Someone's wife. Someone's sister. Someone's mother. It doesn't matter.
Blood always bleeds red.
DARLING, DON'T YOU LIE, LIE TO ME
I WANNA BREAK INTO YOUR HEART.She's not supposed to mean anything, of course. None of them ever do. But she does, and he doesn't like it, doesn't welcome it. Women destroy, that's all they do, they tear hearts out and the only way to exact vengeance is to tear theirs out alive first. But she's oddly intelligent, for someone who knows nothing about him. She calls out his lies right as they leave his mouth, and no glare or threat of annihilation stops her. She knows he wouldn't hurt her too badly, that if he were able of crushing her life to splinters, he would have already. That doesn't exactly stop him from hurting her anyway, and he doesn't think twice of it. She takes the blows. Black eye, okay. Bruised rib, okay. She's intrigued. He's murderous. She mentions once that she thinks the abuse is hurting him more than her.
He wants to slit her throat.
A BLATANT LIE AND YOU KNOW IT
ANGEL, WHAT'RE YOU HIDING FROM?He hates that she calls him 'angel.' He's never been any angelic since the Civil War, what does she know? Everything. She knows. During his last beating, he told her who he once was. To make her run, make her fear, make her see that person is dead. Like she should be. Like she will be, he corrects. He calls her over. Smiles that white toothed smile only press sees. Or when he's finished hurting her. She expects his cold hands inching the life out of her. She gets his invitation to meet him at an abandoned factory the same night. She accepts (as if she had a choice). He leaves.
The scene is set.
It's cold. Freezing, actually. The metallic, rusty smell invades your nose the second you step inside (like blood, you think, before shuddering and vowing to forget about it) and you wonder where everyone else is. DJ Mikkel singled you out of the crowd that night, and told you he was having a private party at a warehouse he owned. It looks more desolate and threatening with the aged machinery everywhere, much more of a factory than anything else, but for what? It's dark. You can't see much. You wish you brought your phone to see something, anything. Maybe you should have listened to them, but you'll never admit it out loud. They told you not to go. Begged, pleaded even. They might have been your boyfriend, girlfriend. Maybe your brother or sister. But with no extended invite to them, they didn't tell you they'd hang around outside to see if you'd be alright. Secretly, you wish they were here with you. Something bumps into you.
You scream.
And then you meet the eyes of five other women staring back at you.
(What was that?) You panic and look at the building, and start ramming at the door. There are four other people with you, and you're sure their faces of horrified worry match yours as you all struggle to knock the main entrance down. The steel door doesn't budge an inch. You don't even think the girls inside heard you. You all agree to go to the back and try to find another way in, thinking you have to, she's in there, she needs you. You run faster, look around more frantic than ever. There we go. A back entryway. All of you rush inside and silently vow to protect, to save. You're in a dark room now. You don't know where the girls are.
You hear a laugh. His laugh.

none of these girls will be vampires, because the whole idea is that samson is going to feed on them/attempt to. WARNING: your character will be subjected to torture based on their number, so please choose wisely and be aware of the consequences of the physical and/or emotional harm that will come to them. please, please do not sign up and not agree with what i plan for their number - you will never choose what happens to them. all i can promise, is that no permanent damage will be done, nor will they be killed (unless you want that). you may NOT sign up for more than one of this role. and if you wish to take girl # six, know it is an EXTREME role, both for your characters' psyche and overall well being, requires dedication + quick replies so we can build up to this event faster, and so we'll need to discuss it in pms. also, whoever she is, she doesn't even have to get under samson's skin on a romantic level; can be, if you want, or it could be in a purely platonic sense.

Boy # Five - Werewolf - Sixteen - Protector - Jacen Black[notes before signing up] as you can see, the protector roles are not limited to any specific gender or species, neither are they required to be the mate of the girl they'll be trying to save. they can be cousins, sisters, brothers, just friends, you get the idea. this role may or may not get some glory, but your character WILL be subjected to torture, just like the targets will. sorry, that's the way it goes. also, whoever your character is trying to protect will be in correlation with their number, so for example, if my protector was trying to protect girl # 1, he or she would be listed as girl/boy # 1 on the list, you see? you may NOT sign up for more than one of this role. also, if you've signed up for a target role, you MAY be the protector role for your target, and vice versa. ***ROLES COMPLETE, THANKS<3[/size] [/blockquote] |

Reason: You think I would have picked Melanie Hale, but no I didn't. Emily was the one I was drawn to for this. No matter what you do, it is kind of going to push her over that limit, and I has ideas for how it effects her later. Basically yeah. I think she would be perfect for this. Out of all, she fit best, I just GAH she screamed the part for me. >->

Reason: Okay Mara can take a lot. She likes pain, to a degree. She is a masochist, and getting into someone's head is her idea of a good time. So the fact that he could intrigue her, and she could sort of mess with him back, assume it hurts him worse seems pretty much like the thing that'd be interesting. BUT I still think Emily would be better for a target, so this is just another offer. You can decide. I personally am leaning more towards my Emily, on the other part, than Mara for this one

Reason: Because Alex, will be the one protector matched up to target that is an actual pairing. And since he wants to be a cop but it teetering on the edge of whether or not to do it. I think this would be perfect for him to be pushed right over that edge of deciding to do it. And I personally love torture of all kinds on my characters >-> I am a sick person.
